Responsibilities

  •  Effectively implement Ops procedures
    • Review service requests regarding factory information, factory status, audit history, and customer special requirements, etc.
    • Assign audit task to internal scheduler or 3rdparty audit firm with clear instruction
    • Issue debit note to suppliers for audit fee collection
    • Pre-screen EQ reports and assign
  • Monitor end-to-end factory service operation process with timelines
    • Timely monitor operation process based on required timelines and send out reminder
    • Update factory result D rating within 2 working days after email notification is received
  • Communicate and coordinate with various parties to ensure accomplishment of factory service activities
    • Help 3rd party audit firm communicate with supplier and BU to pay audit fee and confirm audit date
    • Communicate with MR/ SCM when special situation happens in factory during factory visit (eg. factory power cut, access denied, etc.)
    • Answer inquiries and provide information regarding to factory approval process
    • All other communication or coordination as needed
  • System maintenance and document filing to ensure factory information and data are accurate and updated
    • Maintain correct factory information in the system (eg. factory contact information, factory number of workers, etc.)
    • Make sure factory name and address are updated per latest business license
    • Deactivate/reactivate factory
    • Manually update the system with audit results
  • Additional responsibilities
    • Help on special case collection 
    • Help on third party audit firm performance survey
    • Download audit reports (CAP) and send to GTS to upload into OM factory master
    • Collect duplicate factory profile cases for study and data analysis
    • Help on Operation Manual format and editing 
    • Remediation reporting

 

Qualifications

  • College graduate, major in English, Business Management, Project Management, Business Administration, and Law related.
  • Minimum of 2-year relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language
  • Proactive, open-minded, good at learning, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet-research / reporting/analysis tools.
