ELEVATE seeks to hire a dynamic Project Manager to support the development and implementation of a supply chain tracing pilot in Pakistan. This position will be an essential part of a global, multi-year, donor-funded project, that will involve a diverse set of stakeholders, including global brands and industry sustainability leaders - with a focus on the apparel and cotton sector.
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our global Supply Chain Consulting practice, to support a global project as the primary Pakistan-based representative for the project team. This individual will work directly with the Project Director and Technical Lead who are based in the U.S.
The project will develop and implement a pilot supply chain tracing system that not only supports the tracing of physical commodities and goods, but also helps to identify, address and prevent child and forced labor in supply chains. This position will play an integral to achieving this vision through the development and implementation of the pilot. The individual will collaborate with a variety of internal teams, including consulting, data analytics, assessments, worker engagement and capacity building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a fast-paced organization with a small, dedicated project team, we are looking for a collaborative, self-starter, with stakeholder engagement experience, and a strong understanding of social sustainability, as well as agricultural and textile supply chains and demonstrated project management skills.
You will be the in-country lead for this project. This means you will be responsible for contributing to research activities and for leading and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities based on approved strategies, while providing actionable insights to support the supply chain tracing data collection approach and methodology development.
You will also be responsible for recruiting in-country pilot participants and managing the implementation of the pilot according to approved project plans. As the dedicated in-country team member, you will be responsible for coordinating the in-country delivery of all project activities and escalating any concerns to the Project Director and Technical Lead for support.
