ELEVATE is seeking an experienced and ambitious project manager and training developer to join the eLearning team in Shanghai. The person will work closely with our global eLearning lead and wider senior team to contribute to our digital learning strategy and fulfill our objective of delivering high-impact, online training to supply chain stakeholders.
The role will involve interpreting the training needs of international clients and efficiently coordinating the development process of high-quality online courses. You will also assist in the development of informative training content and draft course scripts that cover a variety of supply chain sustainability and CSR topics.
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with significant industry experience to help us upgrade our digital training library and lead our international team of highly skilled instructional and animation designers.
This role provides the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic department of a fast moving, global company. The position will report to the Senior Manager, eLearning and Training in Shanghai and work closely with our design team in Shanghai and Senior Instructional Designer in Berlin. This is a full-time position that will not require frequent travel.
ELEVATE’s eLearning service was established in 2013. Our service provides an innovative and scalable approach for delivering social and environmental performance training to factories, suppliers and brands around the world. To date, our 9-member team has developed a library of over 200 eLearning courses, and almost 400,000 courses have been completed on our learning management systems. We also develop bespoke eLearning courses for the worlds biggest brands and industry coalitions. We bring a creative and impactful approach for improving supply chain sustainability globally.
· Develop digital training content in English for factory and corporate audiences on topics such as health & safety, environmental impact, recruitment, working hours and wages. (60%)
o Converting documents and resources from clients into easily digestible training outlines and draft scripts
o Developing original training content and draft scripts for courses based on client and market needs
· Manage the development process of eLearning courses (30%)
o Work with clients to interpret training needs and ensure quality of deliverables
o Manage eLearning development process through project management software (Wrike)
o Work with senior instructional designer and design team to ensure deliverables are completed in full and on time
o Oversee management of outsourced work and project invoicing
o Provide post-project support to clients
· Manage eLearning library & develop service roadmap (10%)
o Identify gaps in eLearning course library and work with Senior Manager to create development roadmap
o Review course library to ensure continued accuracy and quality of content
