Job responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner with department heads to designated business units in managing the headcounts in full employee life cycle including but not limited to provide professional HR Consultative Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Staff Communication & Engagement and other key HR duties;
  • Reviewing, formulating, upgrading and implementing HR policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and ensure the alignment to the local laws/regulations and corporate directions;
  • Responsible for managing payroll processing, reporting and payroll tax. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices;
  • Handle health insurance, pension scheme, work injury and compensation benchmarking;
  • Partner with the department heads in providing quality HR services;
  • To update and generate regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
  • Handle bank in and day-to-day general accounting duties;
  • Follow up with clients on payments;
  • Support tax filing submission with supervision from Financial Controller;
  • Oversee and support all day-to-day operations in the US office(s).


Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in all-round HR functions from sizable organizations
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices
  • Excellent in project management and organizing skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are required
  • Experience in dynamic and fast pace professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
