ELEVATE is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented, motivated Operations Associate with a passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing and strong technical and communication skills to support the successful delivery of key Worker Engagement solutions. The Worker Engagement team provides multi-national clients with innovative solutions that leverage technology, worker voice, and worker-management dialogue to drive positive impact and improve business performance within global supply chains.


As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and deployment of ELEVATE’s Worker Engagement services by fulfilling key administrative and coordination tasks such as: project planning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and schedule on-site survey deployment, managing survey platform setup, preparation and production of survey materials and data/feedback collection.

The role offers opportunities to engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational and team success. The role will serve a cross-cutting function, working across the teams to ensure ELEVATE continues to provide its clients with sustainable and innovative solutions across supply chains and forging strong partnerships to ensure the projects’ success and increased impact.


About the role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on supporting the operations and management of our innovative and global worker voice data collection system, including:

  • Collecting and evaluating project requirements from clients in order to produce functional specifications and detailed workplans
  • Coordinating and effectively managing survey deployments to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables/results
  • Utilizing internal online systems in order to track and log changes in project status and communicate any changes as needed
  • Establishing and maintaining best practice operating procedures to ensure streamlined management of survey deployment, data collection and analysis, and cross-functional team project deployment
  • Generate KPI data and support the production of KPI reporting at the project-level and department-levels


About you:


  • Candidates are required to have strong organizational skills and good interpersonal communication skills, with additional qualifications including:
  • University degree in major such as Business Administration or Project Management, with coursework in a related field (e.g. data analysis, sustainability, social sciences)
  • Professional experience (1-2 years) in a project coordination and/or project management role, ideally in the sustainability, audit or assessment, or other business-related field
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative / management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
  • Proactive, open-minded, learning-oriented, and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
