ELEVATE is seeking a solutions-oriented, highly quantitative and analytical individual to fill the role of Operations & Data Analyst within the Worker Engagement team. This role will support the deployment of Worker Engagement data collection solutions to deliver world-class supply chain insights that inform program effectiveness and impact for our multi-national clients.

As an Operations & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and interpreting data collected through solutions and services including worker surveys, developing data-driven analytics, and troubleshooting data issues. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets and producing clear reports to produce actionable data insights for our multi-national clients. You will apply your growth mindset to identifying areas for improvement in the data collection and analysis processes and will bring your knowledge and experience to generate high-impact data results.

To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of attention to detail, experience as a data analyst, and a robust understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases (e.g. Tableau, Python, etc.). You are a natural problem-solver and will be able to communicate any data gaps, questions, and/or assumptions in a concise and clear manner to both internal and external stakeholders. You are a self-starter that demonstrates initiative in anticipating and exceeding the demands of the projects given to you. You excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal oversight.

About the role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on conducting quantitative and qualitative operational and data analyses and working with complex datasets generated by our innovative and global data collection system for Worker Engagement, Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Apply data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of existing worker voice solutions and develop innovative client-centric solutions:

  • Utilize internal software applications and our global data collection system to source, cleanse and analyze a variety of supply chain data relating to worker insights.
  • Produce data trend reports, risk analytics, and insights and communicate any gaps, questions, and/or assumptions in a concise and clear manner to accomplish their objectives.
  • Generate data visualization templates to provide clients with actionable insight they can use to drive informed responsible sourcing decisions, including best practices around data benchmarking.

Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of Worker Engagement operations:

  • Support the development of additional tools and integrations with survey platforms and identify how workflows can be streamlined where needed.
  • Adhere to internal processes for monitoring and managing ELEVATE’s growing data collection network with an aggressive turnaround on solving active issues with little downtime.
  • Support the development and maintenance of structured work programs and outputs and project-level communication between staff and key stakeholders

Candidates are required to be highly analytical and effective communicators. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing comprehensive data analyses independently and proactively. S/he must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a high level of intellectual curiosity, and value generating high-impact results.

Requirements for the role include:

  • University degree with focused coursework on Computer Science, Business and Economics, Statistics or similar preferred.
  • Professional experience (3-5 years) in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis and working with complex and unstructured datasets.
  • Comfort working in multiple data software packages (Tableau, PowerBI) required, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Python are an added plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and keen ability to monitor, analyze, and manage data to meet client expectations and goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate data results in a clear and effective manner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in sustainability and using data for good.
