ELEVATE is looking for a talented Account Coordinator as a key contributor to various customer outsourcing program. The position will support the customer and will develop relationships with vendors and factories globally and drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. They will work in partnership with the Senior Manager and other teams to meet customer expectation and execute against our SOW obligations.

  • Manage assigned Client outsourcing program as client representative on program management
  • Responsible for daily commination with client and their suppliers on business-related inquiries
  • Work with cross-functional teams on activities like audit arrangement, CAP management, platform usage/ system maintenance, specific products/ services delivery so as to support program operation
  • Monitor KPI and drive program performance, do timely escalation to Program lead or Client whenever necessary
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis on their Supply Chain performance per client request and give recommendation on the operational process if necessary
  • Participate in regular client meeting to report program status and align client expectation, make appropriate recommendation on operational workflows to enhance program effectiveness
  • Document operational procedures in SOP, align across different teams to ensure the quality of the deliverable


  • Degree holder or above in any disciplines
  • 3+ years of working experience in Ethical Sourcing/ Labor Compliance/ Environmental arena for brands/ retailers or service providers
  • Detail-oriented and good communication in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as good team player
  • High integrity and honestly
