QA Regional Associates will work closely with Associate Director of Global Quality and Integrity for quality issues and uphold ELEVATE Code of Ethics within regional teams. The associates will report to Associate Director of Global Quality and Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Regional quality and integrity oversights by means of KPI review, shadow audit and audit file checks etc.;
  • Maintain quality log and perform designated responsibilities outlined in corrective action procedure;
  • Communicate ELEVATE quality and integrity expectations to regional team and organized trainings on quality and integrity when needed;
  • Handling quality and integrity complaints and performing investigations when needed;
  • Support and develop regional quality and integrity policy and procedures;
  • Support other quality and integrity projects or duties as designated by direct manager of global quality and integrity;

 


Qualifications

  • With 3 - 5 years of solid experience in in-house quality assurance auditing and social compliance areas
  • Experience in supply-chain or factory related industries is a definite advantage
  • Integrity and credibility is a must 
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Detail oriented and good time management
  • Critical thinking, analytic and result driven
  • Independent working style and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to undertaking frequent travel within the country or overseas for performing QA activities or projects
