ELEVATE is seeking a dynamic analyst with a passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing. This role will support an agile Analytics team to deliver world-class supply chain insights that inform program effectiveness and impact for our multi-national clients.   • Develop products for Analytics and associated internal business divisions:
    • Analyse internal and external data to identify supply chain and sustainability trends and insights in key geographies
    • Research and test machine learning and theoretical data models related to major risk areas in key industries, supply chains, markets, geographies and over time
    • Develop and test data templates for internal business divisions e.g. assessment, factory services, worker engagement, eLearning etc. Includes in-field testing
    • Delivery and development of trend reports, risk analytics, and insights as well as standard data collection and analysis tools
    • Supports the evolution of products or services on data and analytics-related tasks (e.g. social media and web crawlers, survey design and testing, data quality standards creation / adoption etc)
  •  Collaborate with delivery teams to analyse and communicate Analytics outputs e.g.:
    • Data visualization templates to provide clients with actionable insight they can use to drive informed responsible sourcing decisions, including best practices around data benchmarking, supervised and unsupervised learning and impact evaluation
    • Inform survey results analysis and interpretation to identify factory-level / project-level trends, differences between sub-groups of workers, key drivers, areas of risk, and opportunities for program effectiveness
    • Generate blended analysis of audit, self-assessment, eLearning and other ELEVATE supplier chain data. Results will support business analytics and program design
    • Present Analytics findings to clients and stakeholders via live data demos and written reports; maintain high quality on all deliverables
  • Maintain productive alignment with other functions including:
    • Support the Consulting team in project delivery by providing insight into the role of data in risk assessment, segmentation and program design
    • Supports thought leadership / insights for articles, blogs, white papers etc.
    • Engage with the Customer team on new business development and sales as well as with the Marketing and Events teams on content / white papers for events
    • Will require the development and maintenance of structured work programs and outputs and project-level communication between staff and key stakeholders


  • Degree in Computer Science, Business and Economics, Statistics or Engineering preferred
  • Critical thinker, proactive and positive attitude, team player and solutions-driven
  • Data numeracy is essential. Experience with Python or advanced Excel is preferred.
  • 0-5 year experience / recent graduates welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in supply chain/sustainability preferred
  • Interest in sustainability and using data for good
