ELEVATE is looking for 1-2 dynamic business development professionals to join our highly successful Customer team. You should be outgoing, confident and passionate about the role of analytics in responsible sourcing. These roles will support ELEVATE to leverage its unique data / analytics services for new prospective clients in existing and new markets. This includes a focus on consumer products, financial services and insurance clients. Candidates for this position must be highly-motivated, tenacious and self- starters that are excited to build a career with impact. You will be working alongside people who are smart, organized, thorough and take pride in building meaningful relationships with customers.   • You will build a high performing client account portfolio comprised of top-mid tier financial services or consumer products markets. To achieve this outcome you will:
    • Work smart / ensure sales success by generating, qualifying and closing opportunities
    • Use profound question techniques to learn, qualify and sell solutions that clients need
    • Nurture existing and new relationships; thus building a steady increase in lead quality
    • Be excited by ambitious goals and maintain a high level of engagement to build your pipeline including with Senior Executives in sustainability, procurement and / or finance
    • Record and document all engagement in Salesforce to progress your pipeline
    • Be capable of delivering compelling product demo’s in partnership with subject experts
    • Be accountable and report progress on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative and be comfortable asking for support from colleagues to be successful
    • Stay up-to-date on opportunities by monitoring social and industry networks

  •  You will be actively engaged in how to shape our existing Analytics products and inform our analytics value proposition as the gateway product offering for all services. This means:
    • Collaborating with our Analytics delivery team to ensure you know, understand and feedback on our product development based on your discussions with target clients.
    • Supporting our client services teams in growing their key existing customer accounts through analytics product sales and insights
    • Working with Marketing and our existing account managers to maximize the exposure and recognition of ELEVATE analytics in the relevant markets


  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • University degree in Sales, Management, Consulting, Supply Chains or Sustainability preferred
  • 3-8 years experience in a sales / leadership role with either consumer goods or finance focus
  • Critical thinker, proactive and positive attitude, team player and solutions driven
  • Ability to sell bundled solutions of product and services across multiple customer touch-points
  • Works in a structured and goal-oriented manner with a strong commitment to transparency
  • Previous knowledge of supply chain / sustainability preferred
  • Preference for candidates who have a strong portfolio of clients / contacts in the consumer products / brands, finance or insurance sectors
  • Fluent English speaker is essential
