Key responsibilities:


• Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, design, maintain, standardize and deploy ELEVATE QMS to ensure effectiveness
• Advance QA & Integrity related standard operating procedures, reporting, and management systems
• Manage all centralized functions that fall under the QA area, including Technical Governance and Training
• Manage, mentor and guide all team members under your management to create a high-performance organization
• Uphold and implement the ELEVATE Code of Ethics (COE) and Impartiality Statement
• Establish and oversee ELEVATE quality assurance strategy and objectives
• Lead troubleshooting, risk identification/mitigation and process/quality improvement activities and initiatives
• Identify and drive simplification/enhancements to processes that aid in improving quality and reducing the overall cost of operations
• Establish mechanisms via which improvements and corrective actions are rolled out across global operations
• Lead investigations on potential unethical behaviour, complaints and appeals to reach an objective and evidences supported conclusion
• Manage ELEVATE global quality and integrity team to drive improvements in the company’s operations offices
• Establish a roadmap to extend the QA function to cover areas of the business other than Assessments
• Be a champion for LEAN in the company and help drive waste reduction in the operational processes without sacrificing on quality of deliverables
• Quantifiably demonstrate improvements in quality and process improvements
• Prepare and adhere to annual department budget in order to manage expense expectations

Experience/Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management in a dynamic and fast pace environment; relevant industry experience with thorough knowledge of quality control, quality assurance performance, in processes and compliance reporting
•Progressive and proven track record of leadership and managing quality with global responsibility across multiple functions
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals and update all technical procedures
• Proven project management skills
• Develop & manage external and internal KPI’s
